About us

Since 2000 we have been providing a fun and modern care provision for adults, aged 18 and over, with learning disabilities and autism. We also operate a dance school for SEN children and their siblings.

Promoting independence and enriching lives

Each of our clients has a tailored plan specific to their needs, to help them thrive not only while in our care but beyond. We accommodate physical requirements as well as any religious and nutritional needs. Our aims are to educate, stimulate and promote independence in fun, interesting and – most importantly – safe environments. Clients are encouraged to play an active role in all of our activities, to socialise and mix with friends new and old while learning valuable skills.

Our philosophy

Embrace
We embrace our clients and their abilities. We create safe and inclusive environments which allow our clients to express themselves, build confidence, gain independence, grow and develop.

Enable
We enable our clients to achieve their goals and reach their full potential by providing highly trained staff and tailor-made services that reflect our clients’ individuality and needs. By providing an array of suitable tools and experiences we enable our clients to enhance not only their lifestyles but also their mental, physical, and emotional health and wellbeing.

Empower
We empower our clients and their families by creating a nurturing, honest and supportive environment. We believe in our clients and their abilities, we believe in our services and we believe in making a positive impact in society.

Staff at The Cube Disability are respectful and considerate of every client’s needs and are trained to cater for all abilities. We pride ourselves on providing a high-quality service.
